New Life Christian Church is located in Morton, IL. They state that they envision: “A group of ordinary people who have a God-given urgency in their souls and fire in their hearts. People whose destinies and futures are wrapped up in the mission to which Jesus has called them. A group of individuals challenging each other to reach their full potential in Christ. People who recognize Christianity is not just for themselves but the world around them. Regular, everyday people who share the gospel in the language and culture of the people – incarnating the love of Jesus to the surrounding world. A group of ordinary people committed to releasing the love of God and the transforming power of the Gospel into a sin-darkened world.

We envision a sin-darkened world transformed by the love of God and the power of the Gospel working thru these ordinary people. A world in which great numbers of people repent of sin and walk in faith. A world where the poor and afflicted receive care; and strongholds of poverty, crime, injustice and violence diminish. A world where marriages, families, and children heal and thrive.

We envision ordinary people going into a sin darkened world… bending their knee to God in Lordship…and expanding the kingdom of God one heart at a time.
