Bio

Marcos grew up in a small town in Mexico, near the border. As the son of a pastor in a church called Vida Abundante (Abundant Life), he always had access to many musical instruments. He started playing guitar when he was young, but he always had a passion for drums. When he turned 11 years old, he stopped playing guitar and started focusing all of his attention on playing drums.

At the age of 12 he started playing drums on his church Worship Team and two years later he started playing with the worship band “En Espíritu y En Verdad” and has had the opportunity of recording 5 CDs and 2 DVDs. He’s had the opportunity to travel to different parts of the world (Germany, Spain, Panama, Colombia…) and to follow the main goal of his band: to lift up the name of Jesus in every place and to establish the church of Christ, not only to give a great concert.

During these 9 years, Marcos has attended several courses, including a 3 month intensive course in Guadalajara. He’s currently studying a Music Production degree.
