Our desire is to be a modern church for today’s people in Bergen.

We want to be a place where you both can come without believing so much, to explore more about your faith journey. But also equip and develop you as a believer in your dicipleship of Jesus.

Salt was started in 2004 and is affiliated with the Pentecostal Movement in Norway. We have a fairly modern expression on our services, and want to reach as wide as possible, so that you can feel at home without being so used to going to church. A common worship service consists of singing, a little chat or an interview, offering and a speech. In addition, we meet at home on Wednesday evenings, in groups of 8-12 people. We believe the big and public service, and the small gathering in the homes complement each other in equipping the individual in their religious journey.
