Prodigal Church is located in Fresno, California. They state: “The name Prodigal Church comes from the parable that Jesus tells in Luke 15, the Prodigal Son. At the heart of the parable is the idea that you can be lost in rebellious living (like the younger son), and you can be lost in religious living (older son). This church has been rooted to model this parable, as the Father invites both brothers to the party. The church should be near to the heart of God by calling us out of both rebellious and religious living by pointing us to Jesus”.
