Hi-hat Drop Clutch (KwikClutch) from Peace Musical provides a quick release perfect for double bass drummers. Play a closed set of hats while both your feet are playing the kick drums. A quick strike of a stick to the clutch release lever sends the top hat cymbal from the open position to the closed position. When you want to regain control of the hats, a quick kick to the hi-hat pedal switches the clutch back to the open position!
